  1. Coca-Cola Light – New Design by Nathalie Rykiel

One of the most well-known drinks in the world, Cola-Cola presents a new bottle for Coca-Cola Light, which will arrive on the market in January 2009, exclusively on French market.

The bottle was designed by Nathalie Rykiel, famous designer Sonia Rykiel's daughter, who created fashionable stripes for the new edition. This bottle inherits design by Roberto Cavalli introduced in the beginning of 2008.

In Paris, a new range of Diet Coke bottles designed by Nathalie Rykiel to celebrate Diet Coke's 20th anniversary hit the shelves in January - with Rykiel following in the footsteps of Roberto Cavalli, who designed a bottle for the Italian market last year; Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, who designed a limited edition bottle for Diet Coke France in 2001; and Kenzo Takada in 2005. The striped aluminium Rykiel bottles went on sale Jan. 14 in the modish Parisian boutique Colette, the foodstores of Monoprix and Bon Marché's La Grande Épicerie, selling at the fashionable price of €1.25, or about $1.76.

"I found the collaboration was the right fit, it worked well" said Nathalie Rykiel, Sonia's daughter and now the president of the fashion house. "Fashion is not just fashion - it's also a universe, a way of life, a philosophy even. Diet Coke isn't far, for women, from the world of Sonia Rykiel."
